Iwalani W. Harris is the Co-CEO and the CFO of WESTCO.
Mrs. Harris established the company in 1982 and has specialized in accounting for both
residential and commercial property. She has overseen the transfer from residential management
in California to our specialization of commercial retail shopping center management in Texas.
Mrs. Harris is a Real Estate Agent licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
Status of license is active and in good standing. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree
from Loyola Marymount University College of Business, Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Harris
oversees and reviews the work of all employees.
Collin S. Aldrich is a Vice-President of WESTCO.
Mr. Aldrich has been with the company since 2002. Mr. Aldrich is real estate broker licensed by
the Texas Department of Real Estate. Prior to joining our staff, Mr. Aldrich was the Senior
Vice President, Branch Operations, First Bank of Conroe where his duties included management of
four branches including personnel, operations and security.
Aron J. Harris is a Vice-President of WESTCO.
Mr. Harris was with the company from 2000 through 2002 and returned in 2006. He is a real
estate agent licensed by the Texas Department of Real Estate. He received his Bachelor of
Science Degree in Management from Pepperdine University, in California. He also holds a
Professional Certificate from California State University - Dominguez Hills in Construction
Project Management. While on hiatus from WESTCO, Mr. Harris was the Vice-President of
Administration for Timcor Exchange Corporation. In addition to his regular duties, he was in
charge of renovating Timcor痴 new corporate headquarters. We are happy to have Mr. Harris
back with WESTCO.
Johanna M. Wolters has been with WESTCO since 1996.
Ms. Wolters is a real estate agent licensed by the Texas Department of Real Estate. She
received her Associates of Arts Degree in Business from Santa Monica College, California.
Prior to joining our staff, Ms. Wolters was the office manager and bookkeeper for a law office
and a 1031 exchange company in California.
